Orders placed before 12:00 on a business day are shipped the same day; those placed after 12:00 are processed the following business day.

Unclaimed Packages: Packages uncollected within the specified timeframe (usually 14 days) are returned. A handling fee of 350 SEK will be charged to cover return and administrative costs.
