Return and Refund Policy

We aim to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we offer a simple and transparent return and refund process. This policy outlines the terms that apply to returns and refunds.

Return Conditions

  • Return Period: You have the right to return an item within 14 days from the date you received your order. If more than 14 days have passed since you received the product, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange unless there are special circumstances.

  • Requirements for Returns: To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

    • The product must be unused and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

    • The receipt or order confirmation must be included as proof of purchase.

  • Exemptions: Certain products, such as custom-ordered items, hygiene products, and opened food items, are exempt from return and refund.

  • Non-Approved Returns: Sale and special offer items are not eligible for returns unless there are defects or issues with the product.

How to Return an Item

  • Contact Customer Service: Send an email to initiate your return. Please include your order number and the reason for the return in your message.

  • Package Your Return: Securely pack the item in its original packaging and include the receipt or order confirmation. Make sure the package is securely sealed to avoid damage during transport.

  • Shipping Label: Once you have contacted us, we will provide a shipping label along with instructions on how to return your item.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return Fee for Change of Mind: For returns due to a change of mind or exchange (without any fault with the product), a fee of 99 SEK will be charged for return shipping if you use our shipping label. This fee will be deducted from the refund.

Refund Conditions

  • Approved Returns: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send a confirmation email indicating that we have received the item. If the return is approved, we will process the refund, and the amount will be returned to your original payment method within 10–15 business days.

  • Delayed or Missing Refunds: If you have not received your refund within 10–15 business days, please first check your bank account. Then contact your card issuer or bank, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. If you still have not received the refund, please contact us via email or live chat.

Exchanges and Faulty Products

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a product that is defective or incorrect, please contact our customer service immediately. We will replace the item free of charge or offer a full refund at your preference.

  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for another product or size, please contact us within 14 days. We cover return shipping for approved exchanges and will send out the new product as soon as we receive the original item.

Exceptions to Returns

Certain types of items cannot be returned or refunded, including:

  • Custom-Ordered Items: Products that have been made or customized according to specific requests.

  • Hygiene and Food Products: Items that have been opened or partially used, including cooking or health products.
