Easy Returns & Exchanges

We get it, sometimes things just aren't quite right. That's why we offer a 14-day return and exchange period from when you get your order.

For Gifts:

We're a bit more flexible for gifts! The 14-day period starts from the day the gift is given. If it's a Christmas gift, you can exchange it up to 14 days after December 24th.

How to Return or Exchange:

Just fill out the form below and let us know:

  • For a return: That you want to return your order and why.
  • For an exchange: That you want to exchange your order, and tell us which item you'd like instead.

A Few Things to Remember:

  • Please pack your return exactly how you received it. We can't give a refund if, for example, sunglasses come back without their original case.
  • It can take 7-9 business days for us to get and process your returned package.
  • Once processed, refunds typically take 3-10 banking days to show up, depending on your bank and payment method.
